Returns
Please contact us if you should need to return an item.
All returns must be made within 21 days of Discount Sewing shipping date. All returns MUST have a return number that can be requested by e-mail or by phone.
All refunds are less the shipping and handling charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any return without a exchange number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a product is returned the charge back will be initiated, minus the shipping and handling charges.
This process usually takes 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your credit card bill. You may call (318) 335 - 2323.
